VISA SUPPORT

We'll be pleased to provide you with visa support recognized by every Belarus Consulate in the world to help you qualify for a TOURIST VISA.

Types of visas to Belarus: one-entry / multiple-entry | individual / group | regular / urgent / express | diplomatic | official | private | business | tourist | transit | work permit | student | residence permit

Visas are not required to the nationals of the following countries: Cuba, Montenegro, Serbia, China (group tourist visa). All other visitors must obtain an entry visa to travel to Belarus.

Personal information requirements for visa support:

-          applicant’s name (group list)

-          passport scan copy

-          period of stay (arrival / departure dates and time)

-          home address

-          work adress

-          job occupation

-          phone number

-          place of application for a visa

Visa support documents are faxed to the customer and to the Belarus Embassy of visa application. If tourist visa is applied for at the Consular Office at the National Airport «Minsk-2», the originals are delivered by us well before arrival date and time. Most of the Belarus Consulates will accept a fax copy of invitation and voucher. Occasionally, some Consulates may only accept the original of voucher. It is advisable to ask for visa support in advance.

Tourist visa support documents are issued upon booking hotel accommodation on the whole period of staying in Belarus. Hotel confirmation cannot be used as invitation for visa or other visa purposes.

INSURANCE

From October 1, 2000 obligatory medical insurance of foreign citizens and persons without citizenry is introduced in the Republic of Belarus if they temporary stay in the Republic of Belarus for a case of urgent medical help provision by the state healthcare institutions in case of a sudden illness or an accident.

Medical insurance can be obtained when receiving a visa, when crossing the border or at arrival to the airport. In case a foreign citizen refuses to conclude an agreement for obligatory medical insurance, he will be refused admission across the state border of the Republic of Belarus.

You can acquire an obligatory medical insurance policy from authorised representatives of the insurance company "Belgosstrakh", that is authorised to realize obligatory medical insurance of foreign citizens by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

 

TOURIST VISA

We’ll be pleased to help you travel to Belarus and provide visa support documents (a tourist voucher and an invitation letter) necessary to qualify for a tourist visa. The visa support documents are faxed to the customer and to the Belarus Embassy of visa application. The originals are sent to the Consular Office.

A tourist visa entitles international travelers to a one / two or three-entry stay of no longer than 30 days as part of a hotel booking.

Tourist visas may take up to 5 or 7 days to process. Applicants for urgent (express) visas may receive entry visas to Belarus within 24 hours.

Tourist visa application requirements:

- completed and signed visa application form

- valid passport

- passport – size photo (3x4mm)

- copy of visa support documents (an invitation letter and a tourist voucher) issued by a travel company and a hotel confirmation

- consular fee

- insurance policy

Registration

Tourist visa holders who book a hotel get registered when checking-in. In case of homestay foreign visitors are required to register within 3 work days of their arrival with a designated local passport and visa department for the area in which they are living.

 

PLACES FOR APPLYING FOR VISA

Foreign nationals can apply for an entry visa either in one of  Belarusian Embassies or Consulates abroad or at the Consular Desk in the International Airport «Minsk – 2» on arrival. 

Please ask for the list of Belarus Embassies and Consulates from our representative.

Our assistants can meet you at the International Minsk-2 airport and process a visa for you. 

Minsk-2 airport is the only place in Belarus where you can process your visa ON ARRIVAL.
